Shipping policy

Digital delivery – nothing is posted. All products sold by HF Smartbar are digital files (PDF). There are no physical shipments and no delivery fees.

When will I get my file? Immediately after your payment is confirmed. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is also emailed to the address you enter at checkout.

Can't find your download email? Check your spam, junk or promotions folder. If it isn't there, contact us with your order number and we'll resend your link.

Where can I buy from? Our files can be bought and downloaded from anywhere. Prices are shown and charged in South African Rand (ZAR).

Download tips: On a phone, open the link and choose 'Download' or 'Open in' your PDF app. For the best experience on a tablet, open the file in GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes or Xodo. Keep a copy of your file saved on your device or in cloud storage.
